Where are we?

Our Host Teaching Homes are situated throughout Kent, South of England and London

This is an area of outstanding beauty. Visitors return for many years to explore the different aspects of South England and London. Younger children are usually based in Kent

 

 

 

Easy Access Routes

Convenient for Ferry Services (Dover), Eurostar (Ashford), Le Shuttle (Folkestone) and airports (Gatwick, Heathrow and Stanstead).

 

 

 

Canterbury:

This is a city with a world famous cathedral and an excellent shopping centre. Other attractions include a Heritage Museum, the Canterbury Tales and much more. Take a boat ride on the river or a tour of the city in a horse drawn carriage. Buy souvenirs and try the open air cafes and pubs. An experience not to miss!

The Seaside Towns

Kent is well known for its seaside towns with their wide range of activities and beaches. Visit Whitstable for the Oyster Festival, Broadstairs for the home of Charles Dickens and its Folk Week, or Margate for the Theme Park. Whatever your interests, you will find something to interest you.

London

London is just 1 hour 30 minutes by rail and easily accessible if you want to spend a day or even a weekend in the capital

 

 

 

Castles, Zoos and Windmills

There are so many different attractions and places to visit – beautiful castles and gardens, windmills, safari parks and picturesque villages. Visitors, regardless of age, find something of interest to them.
